  • personalized menu planning

  • alcohol purchasing guide

  • professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance

Pouring a Pint

Service Name

  • drink mixers needed for signature cocktails

  • non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)​

  • fruit garnishes needed for signature cocktails​

  • one bartender and bar tools needed

  • personalized menu planning​

  • alcohol purchasing guide

  • professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance

Lemon Cocktail

Service Name

four hour beverage service of beer, wine, as many spirits as you would like and non alcoholic beverages. It includes the following: 

  • one bar set up and break down

  • ice and coolers for bar service only

  • napkins, straws & disposable cups

  • drink mixers (orange, pineapple, cranberry juices, club soda, tonic water, diet tonic water, sour mix, lime juice, grenadine, simple syrup, bitters)

  • non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)

  • fruit garnishes

  • one bartender and bar tools needed

  • personalized menu planning

  • alcohol purchasing guide

  • professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)​

  • Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance

Additions:

  • Additional Bar Set Up/Break Down ($100)

  • Additional Time ($150 per extra hour)

  • Additional Bartender or Bar Back will be needed for more than 75 guests ($150 per additional staff member)

  • Self Serve Water Table/Add Lemonade and/Or Iced Tea ($150)

  • Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and/or Lemonade ($25 for one, $50 for both)

  • Self Serve Beer Station: Cooler/Canoe/Trough/etc ($250)

  •  

    Champagne Toast (Price TBD)

  • Self Serve Coffee Bar | Includes Regular + Decaf Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, Splenda, Stirrers, Napkins and Hot Cups ($0.75 per person)

  • Iced Coffee Upgrade | Regular Cold Brew, Creamer, 3 Flavor Syrups, Garnish Sauces and Whipped Cream, 16oz Cups + Straws ($1.25 per person + $100 Service Fee)

  • Trash Removal $150 (If the venue doesn't provide trash removal, this fee will be required)

  • Upgraded Design Package (Acrylic Bar Menu, Custom Signs, etc.) (Price TBD)

  • Travel Expenses | First 40 miles free; $2 per additional mile
